Our Health & Safety policy is to provide and maintain a safe and healthy working environment, to provide safe systems of work and to promote a positive safety culture with our business. Our internal Health & Safety Management System that we have in place provides us with a rigorous assessment of Health & Safety liabilities for every project we undertake. We are also SafeTCert accredited company. 
Our Health & Safety policy is communicated at all levels of our organisation and hold regular "Toolbox Talks" and full team Health & Safety meetings to promote safe working practices to encourage two way communication to promote a positive safety awareness culture with good leadership and effective employee engagement so that everyone fully engages with our safety procedures. Our Health & Safety policy includes a detailed training program to ensure that all employees are appropriately trained and competent to carry out their duties. It is our policy that all employees read and comply with the conditions of our current safety statement.
To ensure that we continue fully compile with the complex array of Health & Safety legislation and to ensure we review and update our policy on a regular basis, we have a dedicated qualified H & S expert who manages our internal safety management system and oversees all our new and ongoing projects.
